My name is (client). Your transport team brought my mom to an appointment on June 11. At first, I was on pins and needles because it appeared she would be late for another appointment with her provider. However, your guys showed up with minutes to spare. Unfortunately, upon the doctor seeing my mom it was determined that she needed to be a direct admit. There was an over 3 hour delay waiting for a bed to open up for admission. Needless to say, your team was simply amazing!!!! They waited patiently with her, taking care of her needs, oxygen, comfort, etc. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the guys names who transported her that day but I wanted to extend my heartfelt THANKS for their compassion and dedication.
